@Paul Inman  I like the idea of explicitly calling out the order at the top. Maybe there can be a 'jump to original comment' button?

@Paul Inman were you able to create a new thread? @Joseph Terzieva is right, the topics are static right now, but Threads should be open to everyone.

Paul, in a Twitter message you said you couldn't create a topic. Did you mean topic or thread? Topics are high level and cannot be created by users, but if you can create a new thread, I think that is an issue.

It's a little disorienting but I can get used to it. I wonder if it may need to have a disclaimer saying the orientation is not standard. "Latest reply" type thing.

Yep, same for me. I thought it was pretty weird at first but now I really like seeing the most recent comment, especially when I'm returning to a thread.

I think new users will probably be thrown off since they lack the context of the prior conversation.  Would love to hear some feedback from new users.

At first, this threw me off. Since I am used to the forum standard, but after using it. I kind of like seeing the latest message on top. It would be nice to get other's opinions.

True. One thing you may have noticed is that the comments/posts are arranged in reverse chronological order, which is unconventional for a forum, but easier for me to implement.

I have it on top right now so that the new comment will appear as the most recent one when the use clicks it. This will change if the order of the comments changes.

As threads get long a comment button will need to be on the bottom to prevent users from scrolling all the way to the top.
