Sam Pearson's latest update for The Otherworld Club

Aug 24, 2015

Hi folks! We're two days into this glorious scramble, and things are right on track so far. Thank you to everyone who has pre-ordered a copy already. It means a lot to me to get this story out there. Please keep spreading the word! If everyone interested in The Otherworld Club tells five people, and those people do the same, and so on, we'll have this thing funded in no time.

If you've already pre-ordered and have recommended the book to others, there are still ways you can help out! You might be sitting on some Inkshares credit and wondering what to do with it. There are a bunch of amazing books trying to be a part of the Nerdist Collection, and each week I thought I'd give you a glimpse at a few that I think are going to be awesome. This week there are two I'd like to share, both of which I've already pre-ordered myself:

A God in the Shed, by J. F. Dubeau: How do the residents of a small town survive when a horror from their own history comes back to haunt them? I'm pretty excited to find out.

The Seventh Age: Dawn, by Richard Heinz: The skin of the mundane world wears thin as humanity enters a new age. This book pretty much had me sold at the undead cab driver.

That's all for now, everybody! Stay tuned for more as this mad project continues. I've got the most talented person in the world working on cover art for The Otherworld Club (no pressure!), as well as more excerpts on the way. Keep reading, and thanks again!
