We’re making some great early progress, everybody!  To crack the "top ten" of this contest we’re looking for ~40 backers, and you guys and gals have already gotten me a great start on reaching that first threshold (I’ve got 14 right now, in just the first few days). 

I’ve been working hard to spread the word about the program via Twitter and other social media -- I’m sure you have, too, and thank you for that! -- to drum up support, but I’m also working on improving what’s already here.  I’ve gotten a great friend of mine, and a collaborator on my last crowd-funded project, "Strays," to get started on some cover art (no more default cover image, hooray!).  Jason Kerr does fantastic work, and even with a rush job like this he’s knocking it outta the ballpark for me, on super short notice.  This is just a very early draft (we’ve already discussed several changes that I might see as early as tomorrow!), but I wanted you first wave of backers to get a sneak peek as a reward for your initiative and support.
