RH Webster's latest update for Lucky

Apr 4, 2016

Dear Readers,

Things are progressing well with editing Chapter Nine and writing the new sections of Lucky. Handwriting experts and hieroglyphics professionals have been consulted, and I think maybe these notes have been deciphered. I’ve been working with the deciphered notes and the new sections are growing. Think some happy vibes for them.

In other news, I went on a book hunt yesterday. I don’t know if you’ve noticed, Readers, but I really like science fiction. Not just Star Wars and the Stargate franchise - I especially love old, strange science fiction. If it’s earlier than 1950, I couldn’t be happier.

And there is a wonderful used bookstore in Las Cruces, New Mexico, that is my favorite place to hunt. It’s called Coas Books and if you’re ever in the area I’d highly suggest stopping by (www.coasbooks.com).

Well, long story short, I found these beauties:

The leather bound volume is a first edition copy of The Thirty Nine Steps from 1915. The French and Soviet science fiction stories are all from the 1940s and the 1950s. My friend Alexis practically dragged me out of there to save my wallet from further decimation. But I am so excited about these new volumes that I just had to share!

Stay tuned for exciting upcoming news - hopefully by the end of the week my personal webpage will be up and running with exciting new posts and news.

As always, happy reading!
