So, I believe things are moving along at a good clip. Perfectionism tends to slow me down, and at some point realization will set in that perfection doesn’t exist. Until that point, work will continue. Since we are now middle of June, I thought it would be a good idea to come and just talk in a candid fashion for a little while.

When this contest first started I didn’t have a single word written, and just barely had an idea. The idea itself did come from a bit of a nightmare, though. It is an apocalyptic future that I see, and it isn’t one that involves a nuclear war or an alien invasion. 

You see, we could fight against an alien invasion. We could stand down and act responsibly with nuclear technology. The future in my nightmares is coming with no way to stop it.

I hope to have enough of the first chapter done this weekend to give it to you, the people of the world. To give the hook needed to bring all of you into my vision so we can share the dream of tomorrow together.
