In the short example of
Starshine available, I can see the promise of the story. The protagonist is engaging and relatable, all the while adventure looms over the horizon. One of the more powerful techniques is used in the blurb, where we know there is a death and that it isn't the end, which makes the build up to it all the more intriguing. I look forward to reading more.
