I love your writing style, and the world you describe sounds fascinating!  I also love the idea of not simply writing a dystopian post-apocalyptic science fiction novel, but taking a noir detective story and placing it in the middle of that setting.  Very innovative.  I can't wait to see this project develop.  Great job!
