I love meta. I love this piece because Lola is real, but fictional--this is meta-fiction. She may have passed on, but she speaks, literally, in the form of the super-protagonist. I love this premise, though I lament the fact that Lola is no longer with her person. I got sucked in after reading the forward...Lola now my new favorite character besides Paul and Harry Potter, master of Ball. Pers. Elbot, thank you for sharing your work. I was sad and depressed doing work-work, so I took an hour to read the first few chapters after you followed me. I am happier now. I will keep reading. I will drop thoughts as they occur. Thank you!
Hikaru Lola was just a normal farm dog until the royal army destroyed her home, and she found herself launched into a journey to save her world from a corrupt Queen and a powerful Evil Spirit.
In the tradition of ’Ghost Story’. A young teacher moves into his new home, triggering a series of terrifying events. His neighbours including doughty senior citizen Mary MacDonald, a pair of teens and and a young boy are caught up in the horror.
Thank you!
