A. White sent an update for Clash with the Immortals

Hello, all.

I try to update as frequent as possible since these are the last few days. However one of you wrote something very interesting. I hope you don’t mind my sharing it with everyone.

"This book sounds like modern day relationship issues, yet it is an ancient story newly written by the author! Very artistic!"

Thank you very much. Yes, that’s pretty much the idea. I wrote it this way because all of us are in some sort of relationship, everything we do, there is a relationship or interaction with another person or even an object. There’s no way to exist on earth without being in some sort of relationship with something or someone. A relationship doesn’t always mean romantic love. They can exist with no love or emotions at all. Like for example; the appliances in your home. There’s no love for them on any level but yet you have an interaction with them every day.

But I know that isn’t what the commentator meant. I wrote it this way to exhibit the fact that no matter how far back we go into human history we will find the same emotions and ideology existing today and even if you move forward into the distance future these emotions will still be there because they are what human beings are made of. As nefarious as they can sometimes be, that’s human.

Now getting back to the commentator, no, these are not modern day relationship issues. They have been around since the dawn of humanity. It just seems they are modern because people express their opinion more often and openly today than in the past.

Have a great weekend. :D

    To my dear Supporters,

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

WE’VE MADE IT! thanks for your support, THE LOVE FOOL reached the minimum threshold to get published via Inkshares.

First, I must thank all supporters for your generosity and time taken to back my project. It’s because of you, my dream to have a book out in the world is happening.

This book has taken up my spare time for over five years. And it all started when I attempted to write a book while temporarily living in Rome back in 2011. I never thought I’d actually have something until the story just poured out of me like a never-ending flowing river of gold. I returned from Rome with a large chunk of the first draft, then completed it in my spare time (after my full time job). After several cycles of reviews and feedback from several clever beta readers (you know who you are), and being slapped and pleasantly butchered by awesome editors... six versions later, I had the beautiful final manuscript of the novel you will be receiving. So, was it a lot of work? Heck, yeah!

Some of you may or may not know, that this whole writing/publishing situation is new to me. I’ve researched and learned a lot about the industry and all the many different ways a book can be published. From traditional (literary agent – publishing house) to crowd-funding (like Inkshares) to self-publishing. I looked at THE LOVE FOOL through different means and finally, like many of you, I am super excited that it will finally be available!

So, what’s next? Inkshares will be going through my manuscript -- making sure to have it print-ready, then the book will be released. So, look out for an official announcement with actual release date -- and, if you’ve ordered a paperback copy, info on when you’ll be receiving your signed book.

I’m really looking forward to finally share this story with you all. And I apologize for the delay and the tease, but I promise it’s worth it. THE LOVE FOOL is happening!

Again, I thank all of you backers who generously supported THE LOVE FOOL.

    More details to come.

      Hey Campers!

      Happy Wednesday!

I wanted to share this new interview I did with Inkshares author Alastair Luft. This one focuses more on my writing process.

Read the new interview here: http://www.alastairluft.com/blog

Current sales 659/750! I am so close, but sales have slowed drastically. Please continue to share my book with your friends and convince them to preorder. Remember, you can preorder up to ten copies to give away to friends, and if you become a "Super Backer" you will have access to drafts of the book before anyone else!

Thank you so much for your continued support! Have a wonderful evening!
