I think the best advice I can give, pertaining to such a topic, is: post just enough to get the readers excited (to pique their interest) but not enough that they feel like they’ve just about read it all. Depending on the amount of chapters you have, you may want to post a single one, or up to three (one you think is great, one you think is kinda... middling, and the one you think can be greatly improved). This would show the readers the range within which you’re working, and would give them a better idea of the kind of quality your book contains. Hope this was helpful!

      I’m afraid I haven’t cracked this nut either. I currently have 14 chapters posted but haven’t posted another in a long while because I felt I had passed the bow of the wave. I think it would depend on the particular project, the buzz you can create around it (in and outside of Inkshares), and, well, some luck.

      Still, if you search through old topics in this forum there are others who asked similar questions and authors who were more successful than me in answering them.
