Maddie I think it is wonderful that you have started to write a book AND started to work towards publishing. This is especially true if you are 11. I think you are very brave. I was 45 years old before I was brave enough to show my writing to the world!

Obviously Carra has been sleeping inside. This is o.k. I am just a little confused that you don’t mention the house earlier on when you talk about ’living on the beach’. Perhaps you could mention a hut or shelter so it is clear.
