James Rasile liked an update for A Sanguinary Rose

Good day, wonderful readers!

I’ve been hard at work, especially now that I got wind of the Launchpad 2016 contest. I’ve made quite a few edits to the first three chapters, nothing massive, but some of them will stand out if you somehow decide to re-read them (especially the opening paragraph of chapter one. That was a substantial change).

I’ve also uploaded chapter four, which is short and sweet. Well, no, maybe not so sweet the way I see it. Quick! Give me some feedback before my confidence drops down to a crippling level! Surely then we can make something great out of it.

Also, big shoutout to Karen Kenyon for writing my story’s first recommendation. It really brightened up my day! Thank you!

And thank you all for having decided that my story was worth supporting.
Until the next update,

Eduardo Luengo

    Excellent evening, Followers!

I feel a lot better today, fortunately the sick feeling passed over as suddenly as it came. The portrait is finished and I think it really succeeds in showing some mystery.

"I as a simple-minded djinni, prefer the peace and quiet."

Here is the Arachnos Portrait, in its full glory:

    ???, Arabia, The Djinni, Arachnos

Now. I had a thought while drawing this. Instead of a lousy T-shirt, the ones who order the Epic Pack, get a free digital art commission from me when the book reaches the Quill goal. That’s right, anything you want I’ll draw and throw it in the bargain! My strong points are portraits though, so if you’re interested, keep that in mind.

Hmm...  Yes. The ones who order a hard-cover book, get a free digital sketch! No colours, just the lines, but the theme again is anything you wish.

Now, tell me. Would you receive a hot burning kiss from this guy? Eudoxia wouldn’t (in this form) but I’m telling you, he gives me a bit of an identity crisis, haha. Hope you like the portrait! With this piece of art, it’s time to write some chapters again for the next few days.

As always, thank you for your support, you are important, and Good Night!

    -H.A.

Wow, I’m a little misty-eyed and I can’t think of the words to say.  Thank you just feels inadequate.  Super thank you.  OH!  And the price for a hardcopy is dropped to 14.99 per each.  If you were looking for that break, here it is!

Devils in the Valley has wonderful characters that anyone can relate to. It's action-packed from the very beginning, and keeps the reader wanting more. The author has done a wonderful job in making this book feel more like a TV show or movie with its imagery.

Hello All! Once again, let me lead off with a great big thank you for taking the time to read these stories and to follow the project. If you like the work, I would love it if you could take the time to share it with like-minded friends and family. While I still have a lot of time left to make the Quill goal, I would like to reach it sooner rather than later, as I’m sure you can all understand.

Anyway, enough rambling. I’m off to scare myself silly and see what comes out of it!

          Thanks,

          Nick E.

James Rasile liked an update for The Last Faoii

            Hi, everyone!!

There’s about a week left before you all get your money back and I put The Last Faoii up for the contest and for your real (and final) chance to pre-order! If you’re as excited as I am then it means you can hardly wait the last 8 days!!

Now, so many of you have asked me how you can make this REAL fight a victory, and I’ve been saying "just wait until I re-open it and pre-order again." Which is true. That will DEFINITELY help. But a second ago I remembered something else you can do to help The Last Faoii jump to the top and get MASS PUBLICATION! Are you ready?

            Leave a review!

It’s so simple and so quick I don’t know why I didn’t ask all of you to help me with this earlier. All you have to do is go to one of the posted excerpts (here’s a link to one). Then, at the bottom right of the screen (you’ll have to scroll down) it will say "Leave a Review." Click on that and tell other people why you are supporting this book. It can be as short or as long as you want, I’m just asking for you to please be honest. I want this book to succeed on its own merits. I know it can. But only with your help.

Thank you again for all of your help and support. Keep your eyes out for your refund (you should get an e-mail when it goes back into your bank account). Then, please please please put that refund back into a pre-order for The Last Faoii. We’re going to make this happen.

            Love always,
            T
