Olivier Savard sent an update for The Games at our Core

Why hello, fantastic followers of The Games at Our Core,

I just came back from a perhaps-a-tad-too-long-for-the-book’s-sake vacation, and I discovered that you still haven’t bought my book. Almost none of you.

But no worries! The Games at Our Core’s campaign is still ongoing, so you have plenty of time to give a chance to my little story about grief, family, relationships, nostalgia, and most importantly, weird shit happening. That’s the winning combo.

More and more content from the book is about to be released, so stay tuned. Or, you know, just blindly buy it right now. Because you’re nice. You are a nice person full of talent, and you deserve to buy my book.

If you haven’t yet made up your mind, at least go tell everyone you know "hey, what the hell is that" about my book, so more people can know about it.

So what are you waiting for? Take advantage of this once-in-a-lifetime-but-not-really opportunity to help some random kid sell a book. The Games at Our Core! The Games at Our Core! THE GAMES AT OUR CORE! Go.

The Games at our Core has a unique premise, but what has caught my attention was the unique writing style of it. Instead of the usual quotations and such, the author has presented the style of going back and forth from both the mother's and father's points of views and how they would react in such situations. Bravo!
