    I agree with that assessment of his first DoD, @Anne Shaw. This entry is from an early draft, and while it has been tweaked multiple times, even I trip over that section when I go back to re-read it. It just doesn’t sound like Marshall--you’re right--especially since he isn’t really all-in with enrollment, like so many others are. I will need to work on that!
