The Living God has a new cover! Thank you to everyone who voted and left comments that helped make these better. I liked both covers so much, and since I did like them so much, I’ve decided to use them both! After all, this is a series, and I have four books to make covers four. So, I present to you the new book cover for The Living God, and the official cover (and title) of the second novel.
Hello, readers!
I hope that by now, you will have had a notification in your inbox of something exciting: Witherfist has officially gone into ’production’. What does this mean? It doesn’t mean that the book will start printing and shipping immediately, but it does mean that Inkshares have committed to producing and distributing the books to you all. You can read more about the Quill imprint, which Witherfist has joined, on Inkshares blog.
So what’s happening now? Well, currently, I’m working on writing the book! In May, I’ll be giving the manuscript to my editor for evaluation. Some time after that, I’ll hand it over to Inkshares - who will, in their own time, deliver the book to you. I can’t be any more specific with when at this stage because I haven’t even begun to have that discussion with Inkshares, but I will certainly keep you updated as and when I have more to share.
Barring any unusual happenings, I’ll send you all an update on a monthly basis. In the meanwhile, if you have any questions, please do get in touch.
~ Jenny
Merry Christmas everyone!
I know it’s been a long time since I’ve sent an update, and I’m very sorry for being so busy as of late. I also would like to apologize for the lack of updates and support which I normally try to give each of you. But I’ve have been so busy with my series, speaking at book clubs, libraries and doing many other things relating to the books. Today is my first day off in a long while.
But...with the holidays upon us all I couldn’t rest until I told you all, Merry Christmas. This has been an interesting year. After seventeen or more years of writing I had to do what I had to do in order to get my work published. I doubt I would last another 17 years waiting. LOL! I had to go to my audience to where my readers were and now perhaps the online ones will grow that the offline ones are soaring.
Some of you may know my first book of the series is already out there. The results has been far more astonishing than I suspected. Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect when the book hit the market. Although, my book was not published here for I never received the number of orders required, I would like to thank you so much for helping me make my dream come true.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year,
Alma
