    Not only does the window stay open. If you cannot complete your funding by the deadline, do not despair. If your book does not reach at least the Quill goal, pre-orders are refunded, but you keep all your followers. Keep building up that base and try again.

      This campaign has been an real joyous and at the same time frightening experience so far but it’s not over yet.         Hey fellow writers! So just was curious (and I may take this to the goodreads group as well) about what experience - if any - people have had with live events in their area to promote their books to family, friends, and people in their communities? I’ve been itching to do something like this, maybe with a live reading or something, but would love to know if others have tried this before and if it something that works! What did you find worked best for you? Thanks in advance for any input! :D
