Nicola Sarjeant liked a review for These are my Friends on Politics
From the sample pages alone, Billy O'Keefe has taken political cartoons to a new level. By stripping the issues of all the buzzwords, the ridiculous nature of debate curated for the masses on twenty-four hours news channels is made all too apparent. None of the humor distills the underlying message of how little responsibility the internet age has taken in regards to factually debating issues. Not only should this book be required reading for everyone, but pertinent panels should be required on all new broadcasts.

Nicola Sarjeant liked an update for Sync City

    Greetings Jackolytes,

What an absolutely rip-roaring trip these last couple of months have been! Sync City has ploughed through the 250 mark and is heading onwards and upwards. Thank you so much! None of this could have happened without each and every one of you. Through this funding process, I’ve had the pleasure of reconnecting with old friends, making a bunch of new friends and realizing how important friends and family (and friends of friends and family) are in making this a reality. But the story is not over. To make Sync City the best it can possibly be, it needs to get to out to as many people as possible. Please share Sync City with those you know via: www.inkshares.com/books/sync-city. You can always get hold of me at blooryan@hotmail.com.

    Cheers,

    Peter

      Greetings Jackolytes.

And the day just keeps getting better! Sync City has been chosen by The Idiosyncraticate Syndicate to be their book of the month! This is fantastic news, not just because the the support of a bunch of awesome fellow authors and readers, but because the syndicate’s backing also propels Sync City to pre-order number 249! One more pre-order and Sync City qualifies for the Quill collection. Will you be 250?  www.inkshares.com/books/sync-city will get you there.

      Cheers,

      Peter

Nicola Sarjeant liked an update for And the Wolf Shall Dwell

        Hi Wolf followers!

Closing two weeks with no updates (my laptop found a good time to get broken!) & a month of campaigning!! A lot of exciting things have happened since you last heard from me:

First, we have reached 174 preorders (which is 70% from being published and 23% from a full Inkshares contract)

Second, we had orders from Inkshares’ thriller queen Kris Calvin & newly Quill author, the inspiring Caroline Reber - please check out their books by clicking on their names.

Finally, Chapter 4 has been edited by me roughly 700 times, and is now all set to be released to the public (I initially thought that it reveals too much of the plot-line so skipped straight to 5, but I soften a bit since... age does its thing i guess). It will be released when we hit the milestone of 200 pre-orders. I do need a couple of volunteers to proofread... email me at ydital@gmail.com if you are interested.

Also - may i please ask that each of you with spare 5 minutes, instead of going to Ynet, Twitter/Face Book or shopping on Next (UK parents will relate) - will find ONE person to preorder my book? just one person. In return, I would personally buy you and this person coffee and will engage in a 40 minutes conversation with you/him/her about any subject of your choice* (is this a prize or punishment you ponder...)

Thanks (US) / Toda (ILS) / Cheers (UK)

          Greetings Jackolytes,

We are storming ever closer to the 250 mark with fewer than 10 pre-orders required. Jack would love to ride into existence before the weekend is out, and I’d love some new readers to come along. The necessary conditions are simple: computer, credit card and cognizant. Does this sound like anyone you know? Does this sound like you? You can find Jack at: www.inkshares.com/books/sync-city It’d also be cool if you could share this link with those around you. As always, you can get hold of me at blooryan@hotmail.com .

          Cheers,

              Greetings Jackolytes,

The end is nigh. 21 pre-orders to go. 26 days to get there. What would Jack do? Easy. He’d grab a beer and relax. I shall join Jack in that beer later today. But before then I’d like you to think of anyone you know who’d like to come along for the ride. Send them in this direction: www.inkshares.com/books/sync-city If you haven’t pre-ordered yet, it’s be great if you could do so. If you feel like pre-ordering again, that’d also be fantastic. If you want to have a chat, you can find me at blooryan@hotmail.com .
