I know what you’re thinking: Another update so soon? Well, this one has been a long time coming. Even the animals are talking about it...

That’s right! The team at Inkshares has informed me that production has really started ramping up for The Animal in Man I: Violent Heart, and the book will be hitting bookstore shelves on September 25th of this year! Granted I’ll need to keep my s**t together well enough to meet all the deadlines on my end, but I owe YOU - my supporters, my greatest strength through all this, the thing that’s kept me going - and I’ll get it done.
Friend me on facebook, look me up on Twitter, stay tuned to your email for more upcoming updates on book signing events in and around Chicago as that wonderful date draws near! And if you haven’t already, check out my new and improved promotional video for “The Animal in Man.”
TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS! QUICK!
In honor of #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek you can pick up a digital copy of #SunshineisForever for $0.99 through the publisher! Please spread the word!

Check out the new Promotional Video I’m launching for The Animal in Man Saga!
At this point, I realized the old one was severely outdated. At this stage of the game it just wasn’t good enough. After all the writing, cutting, rewriting, recutting, and of course the finagling, mangling, and beautifying I’ve done to the story, I know I got something special here for you. It’s time to get this project out to a broader audience. Please hit that Share button and help me get the word out!
Ultra-special thanks to Kyle Probst for shooting and compiling all this footage (and somehow making me appear presentable). And as ever, an outlandish heap of thanks to all you Animals out there, my greatest supporters. Some exciting news is forthcoming… (Perhaps with an ACTUAL DATE…?)
Oh hi, how you doing? Feeling good? Having a good spring? Do you even have spring where you live?
Here in Alabama the flowers are in bloom, the trees are green again, and the pollen plague is in full effect. I’ve been nose down in writing projects, but none of them have been the Circuit sequel because alas they’re for my day job. But hey, we got our first game launched, so that feels good.
This week I negotiated terms for the Sister of the Circuit audiobook. I’m happy to announce that the amazing Jill Crenshaw will be narrating for Isidore, Dax, and CRI-LUX. I could NOT be more excited. I can’t wait to hear this story with her incredible acting ability. All is lined up to have the audiobook launched the same time as the other formats, so July is going to be a BIG month.
Have I mentioned the launch team to ya’ll? I’m pre-building the book launch team now, you know, reviews and such, but I am giving away mugs, bookmarks, shirts, and a huge prize at the end for one lucky member. Want to be part of this? Head on over and sign up!
Hey all,
My birthday is Saturday, and you can give me a present that will cost you nothing. It would be awesome if we could get both my AMAZON and GOODREADS reviews passed 100! We are so close. If you haven’t read the book, READ IT, you bought it. When you’re finished, please rate/review!
Thanks so much!

Dear friends and followers,
It has been a rather intense two months. February and March were both spent going over the book with a fine-toothed comb and rewriting significant parts of it. Streamlining. After spending two months doing absolutely nothing except This Book, it feels more than a little strange to suddenly not be working on it. The pretty-much-final document was sent in to design last week, and now it’s out of my hands.
For now, Inkshares is sending it around to various people and places to get blurbs and reviews--I wouldn’t know where to begin, personally. I’ve heard that some really nice things have been said, and it’s all very exciting.
For you, though, you’re probably wondering when you’re going to finally get your hands on the finished product. Near as I can tell, we’re looking at an official publication date of 31 July 2018. Now that all the vagaries of writing and editing are over, I doubt if there’ll be anything to change the date again.
The question now is, who should I kill next?
Like a brisk shadow crossing a dim alley, David Diegert returns in the thrilling sequel to Tears of the Assassin. Having saved his Mother, Diegert’s victory was short lived, he and his Mom are now propelled into deeper, more complicated trouble than ever before. Face of the Assassin continues the tale of the world’s most skilled, but reluctant assassin as he finds himself drawn into the darkly powerful world of Klaus Panzer and the secret society of Crepusculous.
I am very grateful for your support for my first book. I am now humbly asking that you check out the link to my new campaign page on Inkshares for Face of the Assassin. Like before, I am seeking pre-orders so I can demonstrate reader interest in the continuing adventures of David Diegert and the world of Crepusculous. Remember, Inkshares publishes the book after I reach the required threshold of pre-orders. You can be the first to make this happen by placing your pre-order today, the first day of the campaign!

Please check it out, the first Chapter is available under the READ heading. You’ll get to see what happens immediately after the end of the first book.
Thank you very much.
Your grateful Author,
William "Bill" Schiele
Hi Readers!
Rock of Ages’ campaign was set to end today but you all helped me do it a month early! Thank you for saving me this month of stress! It’s also my dad’s birthday. I know he would be really proud of what you all helped me do.
I’ve sent Inkshares my manuscript, a marketing brief, and a creative brief, so they have all the info they need to get started editing, marketing, and creating a cover for Rock of Ages. It’s all so exciting! They’re estimating the developmental editor will be able to look at my manuscript this summer. I’ll keep you all updated!
