Faoii Betrayer is now open for pre-orders and I need you to pick up your blade again if we’re going to see it become real. It’s going to be a hard fight, my warriors. We need 750 soldiers on our side before we can even begin the process towards publication. I’ve already had people tell me not to get my hopes up... but they didn’t have an army, did they? Prove. Them. Wrong.

The biggest thing we need in order to see Faoii Betrayer is more soldiers. Our current army isn’t going to cut it--we must spread the word. So tell your friends and your family. Leave a review for The Last Faoii on Amazon. Do whatever you can to bring more soldiers to this banner. This campaign and it becoming real is on you, Faoii. You want to see Faoii Betrayer? Prove it.

Hello everyone! No news to speak of regarding Tantalus Depths since my last update, and none expected for the next month or two, but I figured I’d drop a line and let you all know that an interview I did for Writing Bloc is up now. I announced it earlier in a reader update for Proteus, but since not all of you are supporting both books, some of you may not have seen it yet (although, really, you should have all jumped on Proteus by now. No time like the present!)

So here’s the interview. I discuss a little bit of everything, from crowdfunding, to world-building, to my atrocious writing process. We talk about both Tantalus Depths and Proteus, so jump on in and take a behind-the-scenes look at how these worlds came alive!

Hello friends and supporters!

I mentioned this briefly in my last update for Tantalus Depths, but I don’t think I actually shared it in a Proteus update, so I’m amending that now. We’ve received one more extension for Proteus, making our new deadline the end of August. I didn’t want to do it, but with about 270 orders left to go, there was no chance I’d hit the goal otherwise. With our new extension, we should have no problem hitting the 750 pre-order goal on time though. We’re almost two thirds of the way there, so with your help, we should definitely be able to do it!

In other news, the amazing Jacqui Castle just interviewed me for Writing Bloc. We discussed the merits of crowdfunding and worldbuilding, and I shared a few insights about the writing process for both Tantalus Depths and Proteus. Check it out here!
