Sam Pearson commented on The Otherworld Club

Hi everyone! This train is still chugging along. First, a huge thank you to all of you who have pre-ordered The Otherworld Club. I'm deeply grateful for the interest. I hope we can keep the momentum going! With that in mind, I've uploaded Chapter 2! You can read it here. I hope you enjoy it!

There's still a long way to go before September 30th, so keep spreading the word! And remember, Inkshares doesn't charge for pre-orders until the book is funded, so don't let that worry stop you.

As promised, here are a couple of other books up for funding that look pretty amazing:

Secret of the Family Tree: Digging up Old Roots. I read the first sample of this one, and was immediately hooked. Author Torry Rose paints a picture of a world that seems ordinary at first glance, but with a lot of hidden depths beneath. I'm very excited to see where this one goes.

It's All Fun and Games. Having spent years running around the woods pretending to be a rogue myself, it was gratifying to see a novel on Inkshares that delved into the world of live action role-playing (LARPing for short). Dave Barrett's book shares some elements with mine, but strikes a darker tone in the first two lines of the prologue. If you want to see what happens when a fantasy game turns deadly serious, this is a book for you.

Keep an eye on those, and don't forget to check out A God in the Shed and The Seventh Age: Dawn if you haven't already. More to come!
