We did it!!!

Storm of Fury reached its goal of 250 presales, and then some! The book will be published!

I give my deepest thanks to everyone who has supported me thus far, by buying the book, giving me encouragement and helping to spread the reach of my campaign. Again, thank you very much!

The book will still be available for pre-order for the next 27 days, so if you still want a copy, be sure to not delay!

I’ll keep everyone updated on things like the release date, so stay tuned!

Friends Proper, by now you might’ve received an Inkshares missive concerning our humble book entering into production – and as we descend into the infernal fires of editing hell, we wanted to take a moment to raise our cups (we can never do this enough) and say thank you for your continued support and patronage, here’s to each and every one of you!

To me, Leone's work is The Explorers, The Last Starfighter, ...and Chronicle (!) all expertly blended, and yet an entirely fresh, unique, and engaging story emerges. See for yourself and make an order!
      Champions of the Third Planet
A story about five kids who must band together to fight alien monsters on a far-away planet in order to save Earth.

Is this a character flaw he’ll have to overcome later, I wonder... Possessiveness? ...I’m probably reading too much into it. (More likely, I bet it’s just that natural feeling you get when you don’t want some a-hole undeservedly getting something cool...) Still, regardless of Milo’s reason, this establishes the point of conflict early, which I’m sure is going to bloom between these characters.

Ah heck, for a second there I thought maybe the crow was destined for an intergalactic ride-along! (I read the premise in the description above the chapter.) 5 kids and a crow as representatives of earth...?

As the crow rose it began to move faster and faster, finally popping back into normal speed as it escaped the orb’s aura and flew up, up, and disappeared over the tree canopy, cawing in annoyance.
