Hello everyone, I just wanted to thank every one of you for showing your support for The Motif. Even though we didn't reach the goal to get it published on Inkshares, this isn't the end. I have a couple more publishers that I'm going to look into, and if all else fails I will self publish the book later this year. Either way, I will keep all of you informed about the progress of the book as things develop.
If any of you have any trouble receiving your refund from Inkshares, please let me know and I will see what I can do to help move things along.
Thank you again for showing your support of the book.
Best,
Mark
Chapter EIGHT is now up and ready to read! There are 12 days left to get this contest won, and I have some ground to make up. If you can, please spread the word, recommend, entice, and dazzle your sci-fi loving friends into pre-ordering an ebook (at least). It would be awesome, and it would mean a whole lot to me.
Thank you,
Nate
P.S. You all already rule so much for what you’ve done. I am so grateful.
Friends the Write Out Loud Syndicate is live!!
If you know what a Syndicate is, I encourage you to join and help me support the LGBTQIA writing community.
If you are not sure what this is, I can tell you that a syndicate is a way in which every month you can help an author gets published, by pooling your resources with other like-minded readers and pre-ordering their book. There are two tears: $10 for an e-copy or $20 for a signed copy. Not bad eh?
So you donate $10 or $20 every month. We all as a group decide what author to support and when the author hits funding that book will eventually make it to you.
Inkshares is a fantastic way to support the LGBTQIA community and allies. We need more books with characters breaking barriers and stereotypes and this is the way to do it! (at least one way.
So please join me!
