An evil organization tries to destroy the human race by injecting them with a virus.

Basil, a remorseless killer sentenced to life, manages to escape prison and unknowingly boards the Train to Hell. The owner, Devil, promises to redeem his soul if he agrees to successfully deliver three jobs for him in various places and time eras.
