Eric H. Heisner liked an update for Freewalker

Hello Freewalkers,

First off, thanks for supporting this book. I really appreciate it. After some consideration, I have decided to send this back into draft mode so I can focus all my energies on my other Inkshares book, SORCERY FOR BEGINNERS.

It’s about an eighth grader named Owen Macready who finds an easy-to-read, how-to guide to magic, then has to prevent everyone else from stealing it.

The story is in the same mold as Freewalker, and I think you would enjoy it. Since the money you spent on Freewalker will be refunded, I would greatly appreciate it if you considered purchasing a pre-order of SORCERY FOR BEGINNERS instead. Either way, I appreciate the support and I wish you the best!

Eric H. Heisner liked an update for Dracula vs. Hitler

    Dear Readers,

I’ve heard word that some of you have already received your e-book copies and your hardback copies of the book in advance of the Oct 25th publishing date. I’m thrilled that you’re able to enjoy the book early. Your support, of course made this release possible.

Special thanks to Felicia Day for signing almost 1000 headshots for the hardback owners and her continued online support of the book.

If you enjoy the book and are willing to take one extra step, I would be most grateful for a review left on Goodreads or Amazon.

It will go very far in getting the book out to more people. I’m thrilled that the book is being reviewed very well by the press and I will share any of those as I get them over the next week before launch.

I am doing a small number of appearances to sign the book in person. Sometimes you can bring in the book to get a signature if you purchase something else in the store in exchange. Be sure to call to check to make sure that’s permissible, but I would be thrilled to meet some of you in person to thank you for your support.

Additionally, I am hard at work on editing an exclusive additional chapter just for all of you. Look for that in the next few weeks. And again, thank you. I hope you love the book as much as I do.

Eric H. Heisner liked an update for The Fairy Stepmother, Inc.

Guess what, wonderful readers! We reached Quill, Inkshares’ light publishing goal! You are now guaranteed to get a copy of The Fairy Stepmother, Inc. Thank you so much for ordering and supporting my dreams! So many people have written such kind reviews, posted my link on Facebook, and retweeted my pleas for orders. I’m really grateful to have so many amazing friends!

I still have 14 days left to go in this campaign, and there’s still one more prize out there: a full publishing deal. The Geek and Sundry contest continues until the end of the month, and I’m still in 4th place. 3rd place is a really strong contestant, and I need 50 new readers just to catch up. Will that be tough? Yes. Is it impossible? No!

I’ll keep fighting for 3rd place, and I’d be mightily appreciative if you’d keep spreading the word!

      Thanks a million,

      Maggie
