I have returned! Ok... that entrance might have been a tad bit grandiose, but it is how I feel. The Hot Springs of the Rocky Mountains have rejuvenated your’s truly and I am ready to kick this campaign into overdrive!

I wanted to extend thank yous to everyone who has pre-ordered thus far. This base of readers is an awesome springboard. With this base, we will build our EMPIRE!

I am still getting my feet underneath me this morning, but I wanted to touch base with everyone and lay out a battle strategy. Things will be going back to their normal pace. I owe you a great deal of content from the last two weeks and you will get it.

1: More Pre-Orders! -  32 of 120There are over 120 of you following this project and we are sitting at a solid, but small 32. It is a great jumping off point. We need to boost that number. If you haven’t already Pre-Ordered you should do it today. Everyone who pre-Orders in the next week will be entered into the First Contest where I will be giving away a Canvas of either the Map of Tír na nÓg or the Druidic Calendar if we can push to reach for say 75 Orders? I don’t think that is too hard. 

2: Tell at least two people you know about Man’s Damnation - There are many ways to do that, but Facebook is one of the best! 

• I have a Facebook Page specifically for this Book Series. If you simply re-share what I post there that is a good first step.
  
• Tell friends and family! This is easy, especially if you have any that like Mythology or Fantasy

I want to stress that this campaign is not about me, it is about telling this story, and getting this book into your hands for you and everyone like you to enjoy. Only together can WE achieve that goal.

Milestone Update : We are at 10% Funding!

This is great news! Considering I have not begun to push the campaign as I am about to embark on my honeymoon on Thursday. Let’s keep pushing. If you haven’t ordered yet, there are still 6 prints of the artwork produced by Erik Stitt for the novel. Once we have cracked 30 Orders, I will begin the new promotion. Excited? It is going to be a good one I promise! 

I want to thank everyone who has ordered thus far! You guys are my heroes and I have some special plans for all of you. Tomorrow morning I will be up and running as usual and will get a chapter reading done and posted here and on the Facebook Page.

Lore Update : The Mother’s Grace : Chapter One : The Nativity of Man

For the first Lore Update, I wanted to start introducing you to the Mother’s Grace. Mother’s Grace is the penultimate text in the canon of the Children of the Goddess. The Goddess was the primary deity of the Antediluvian World, and this is the story of creation! I present you with the first chapter of the Mother’s Grace.

Samsara is a Seraephym from the Unreachable Isle. Her father is the Keeper of Knowledge and Lord of the Seraphic Orders. The Seraephym keep the records, histories, and relics of all realms in existence. They are eremitic in nature and relatively keep to themselves.

Although Samsara cherishes the sacred charge of her people her personality, hopes, and dreams have called her to a higher purpose. Her infatuation with adventure and seeing the outside world are a product of her untamed nature being confined for the first fifteen years of her life.

Sam has been trained for the past seven years as a watcher. The watchers hold vigil over the lands of Tír na nÓg. As a watcher, Samsara is trained in the martial arts, the arts of subterfuge and stealth, and the extraction of rare and dangerous artifacts.

Samsara is stubborn, rebellious, and untamed. Her wild nature is only harnessed by her respect for life, tradition, and order. This makes Samsara terribly conflicted when making decisions in her younger years. In order for Samsara to grow, she will have to make a choice between two lives, that of freedom and adventure, or of destiny and tradition.

As Sam embarks on her pilgrimage to the Whispering Hills, she has planned to abandon her duties as a watcher. Even though she respects her people’s duty to the realm, she cannot bear to be tethered and controlled by a choice that was not made by her. As all Seraephym are assigned an order at the age of seven, they are bound until death to their assignment.

Samsara’s adventure will begin at the MidSummer Festival and only the fates know where she will end up!

I wanted to drop in and say that the Live Video last night was a great deal of fun answering questions about Man’s Damnation and the journey we will watch the characters go through. So now that I have kicked things off in my social circle on Facebook with close friends and family it is time to start enticing you all! 

Get ready for this campaign because I am going to give you guys an inside look into the world of Tír na nÓg. Half of the fun in creating this project was the worldbuilding and I did a lot of it!

Since I didn’t get you a character profile yesterday I will get you that later this afternoon. Furthermore, I wanted to re-iterate that I will be getting prints of the five character concepts done by Erik Stitt below. If you’ve already ordered just send me a message of which you’d like and I’ll make a note of it!

Alas, my notebook is only a Chromebook so the audio might be a bit wonky, it’s not great, it’s not bad, just not great! It actually came out better than I expected for a first reading.
