Hey guys, 

 Over the weekend I was in Chicago for a wedding and had a chance to meet up with a few very righteous Inkshares author’s whose work i’ve been following very closely. It was a real honor to meet these guys and was really inspiring to find people facing a lot of the same publishing challenges Chris and I are but who are much further down the rabbit hole than we are. Somehow this entire process seems less daunting.

Would just like to announce we’ve received an extension! Our campaign was suppose to end tomorrow but Inkshares was gracious enough to offer a 60 day extension pushing our new Pre-Order deadline out toward the end of July! I don’t think we would have been able to do this without the explosion of pre-orders we had last week. Now we’re a mere 40 Pre-Orders from hitting our publishing goal. I want to thank all of you for your efforts. We’re almost there you guys!!!!

The Amaranth Chronicles has always been more to me then just a little novel. To it’s an entire universe as rich and diverse and exciting as any mainstream Sci-Fi phenomenon and why shouldn’t it be? My mind helped will it.

With the Inkshares campaign coming to an end this week we’re still 50 or so Pre-orders short from getting published. It’s been a long and exhausting journey making it this far but should we not make it to our Quill goal I have an unrelenting faith that this is not the end of Chris and I’s Sci-Fi universe. After all, it would be a shame if the kids didn’t get to play with the toy line. ;)
