Thank you, Fiza. Very valuable comments. I did lose the format somehow via the transfer from my old Windows 7 to here--it is specifically double-spaced. I’ll check that inter-narrative for Italics. I see what you mean.

Hello Chris,

This is a great start to your novel. I think your ending for the first chapter was slightly unclear, and if you could put her thoughts in italics it would be helpful. Also, put your sentences together, for it to be easier to read.
