An ancient evil sits at the bottom of the lake. Slowly releasing darkness into the world. There are those who protect us. Just hope they find you first. 13 stories of the supernatural. (Paperback)
Hello everyone! Glad to see it isnt dead, ive been away for a week and I hate having to wait on stuff. I wanna help as many authors as possible! but at the same time, i need to put food on the table before i do so. Jobs are a necessary evil for us writers.
@Lemery.LoganWhat you have to do is follow me and I’ll follow you, or if you follow my book I can DM you myself and you can respond. Thank you, I’m glad you like it. I’m planning on going to get a bank account tomorrow so my book will be up for preorder midnight tomorrow if all goes well!
Would just like to say welcome to Scrib PH. and to second what he has to say. I’ve learnt so much by hanging out over at scribophile for the last couple of years. It’s pretty safe for me to say, that without the good folks over at scrib, I’d be producing utter crap, rather than the mediocre crap that I produce now. ;-)
Yeah, I can’t remember how I got around the ISBN request, but I must have just left it blank as I’m actively using the app and I don’t have an ISBN yet. For some reason I think there was an option later on to select whether the book was published or not, but my memory is spotty and I’d have to go back through the process.
Not necessarily, but you’d need to have a good enough take on the book so you know what the comparison titles would be. Essentially the app looks at putting you in touch with groups / market segments similar to whatever audience you’ve defined for your book. By that, it’s not so much a marketing app per se, but really lead generation or establishment of relationships. If your book is done, that could be better, but an incomplete book won’t stop you from getting the leads.
I hope that this excellent and generous offer is still rolling forward. It would be great if my current book project Traakenholt (’https://www.inkshares.com/books/traakenholt’) could be included in your blog. It is a late entry in the current ’Geek and Sundry’ competition and I do have a lot of catching up to do if I am to stand a chance of an honourable finish.
I already have three preview chapters and a summary / mission statement on the book’s project page. Let me know what else I should provide you with from my side.
