I just registered with the site yesterday, and am unable to post a draft.  From my bookshelf, I select my idea and am then routed back to the comments section of the very same idea.  I was told there would be a "create draft" option in the upper right corner of the page, but it isn’t there.  I’ve tried the process in different browsers with no luck.  Any help would be appreciated!
