      Pasdúnami:

It is a Tribe populated by individuals with more than one power. According to the Nova Vegan Government, having more than one power is punishable by death. Even the talk of them, public or private, is labelled heresy.

Pasdúnami are regarded as a myth, while most people saw it as a cover-up to keep Nova Vegans in line.

No one knows how the Pasdúnami came to be, or where they came from, but it was rumored that if a Dúnamis possesses more than one power, they would either change the course of the future for the better of Perditus, or for the universe’s annihilation.

        Óchidunámei:

It is a civilization without powers. During Nova Vega’s Creation, the
Óchidunámei  were denied citizenship, and they were left outside the walls to suffer and die. They looked to it for salvation, yet the government was cruel to them, forcing the country to believe that those without powers are not welcome in Nova Vega.

Whenever there are people without powers who are poor, or dying, or sick, the citizens of the United States sought help from Nova Vega, but no matter how much they plead, the government gave them a warning and a chance to either leave or die. Refusing repeatedly, the
        Óchidunámei end up killed.

          Teleporters:

A Tribe with the ability to teleport in any location of choice. They can disappear from one place and reappear in another. The career varies depending on what they choose to do.

Law enforcement makes the job easier for them when it comes to catching criminals.

Construction worker is another choice of career. All they had to do was carry building materials and bring them to one part of the construction site anywhere in Nova Vega.

            Hypnotists:

A Tribe with the ability to hypnotize people into doing anything such as making criminals tell the truth. Hall monitors with that ability can do the same. Criminals with that power would use it for selfish desires, and in 2064, the Nova Vegan Government hired Telepaths to help law enforcement apprehend them, putting them in blindfolds after handcuffing them.

Seven years later, the government had the Telekinesists build power-proof cells that prevent criminals of any possessed power, including hypnosis, from using powers, especially to escape.

A year after that, more equipment was made, and all of them prevent anyone from using their power, like handcuffs, offices, and court stands for both plaintiffs and defendants.

Hypnotists can even give criminals parole and are granted the power to put them back in prison should they commit crimes again.
