A secret admirer of course! Its creepy to think that someone can be so nonchalant about death.

J.K.R. Ailabouni liked an update for Welcome to Deadland

Alas, the time has come where another book has taken the top spot from Welcome To Deadland. I have personally congratulated Richard Heinz, but wanted to do so on a more public platform as well. His determination and drive has motivated me to continue fighting to stay ahead of him, and while I can give him accolades where they're due, I'm not going to back down.

I'm so close to crossing the 300 readers mark, and this is where I call upon those of you that are following Welcome To Deadland but holding back from placing a pre-order. To borrow a well known phrase, help me help you. I'm thankful that Welcome To Deadland has at least piqued your interest, so reach out and let me know what would help to tip the scales and deliver the story into your hands. I welcome feedback and interaction in any and all forms, whether it be leaving comments within the writing or utilizing the discussion area to ask questions. Welcome to Deadland has a Facebook page, and I maintain interaction with readers there as well.

To those of you that have placed preorders, I sincerely thank you as I couldn't have made it this far without you. Your support and encouragement has assisted me more than I can say through the past twenty days, and I'm grateful to continue having it for the duration of the contest and beyond.

Once I hit the 300 reader milestone I will release another chapter to show my appreciation. I look forward to allowing you all to read it, and hearing your feedback.

Last, but not least, thank you to InkShares, Nerdist, and everyone working to make this contest and opportunity possible. Everyone is working diligently and putting their all into the competition, and those without a book entered often go unnoticed and unnamed, but you are appreciated and important, because without y'all we wouldn't be here.

        Thank you all,
        Zac
