Interesting concept?  What tone are you going for?  Horror? Comedy?  Hmm ... Consider not only do the employees get the day off from rules, the company does to.  So ... Internal job openings filled by ... Gladiatorial contest, best sexual favor, highest bribe.  Characters .. Neurotic hr person who has a breakdown rom the loss of the rules.   An external job candidate who picked a really bad day for an interview.   Supply vendors on site and trying to escape the madness.  A CEO on the run ...  Like the concept
