I believe that my story is unique as it crosses genres; it uses the genre of fiction to inspire folks (if they wish), to utilize the activities that define characters in the blades of Torqueadia. The book crosses from the realm of mental acuity and emotion into the physical of the exercise prescriptions.

As an Advocate for the Art of Adaptability, I have often found it odd that when a problem occurs the symptoms draw the most attention rather than the cause. More over, the symptoms are revered. Perhaps it’s due to focusing on the detail, the minutia, rather than the totality.  Consider that fantasy is part of the totality of health and wellness, the inspiration and perception of reality we choose to form emotional memories. The other two parts are physical and nutritional, the mistake is made that these are separate, they are not, they are links in a chain that bind the emotional and the physical into optimal health of a being. This is why the Aspect Avatar and Evoke Glyphs are so important in this prescription as the Torqueblades are nothing without these principles.
