CoRy Wyszynski commented on an excerpt of Blood Dawn

Simply elegant. I am left with the feeling of light dancing in my mind, You allow us to embody this lost art form while calming my stuttered nerves.

The blur of shifting warp threads soon hypnotized her as she deftly passed the shuttle back and forth between them, forgetting the room once more.

The fell thread is the most important. It is forever changing, one thread, immediately before the weaver. The beginning and the end of the cloth do not matter, only the one thread where creation—or destruction—is happening with each pass of the shuttle. It is the weaver’s heartbeat, the place where everything can change in an instant, for good or ill.—Reflections on weaving from a Lividian scroll

          Dear readers,

I want to tell you about a great book here on Inkshares by Jack Bender, the director/exec producer of LOST, UNDER THE DOME, and THE LAST SHIP, and currently, director of GAME OF THRONES. Jack has 1 day left to reach his pre-order goal and he's so close, so I'd really like to help him.

Jack is an amazing artist, so this book, called Elephant in the Room, is his adult picture book featuring paintings, drawings, and sculptures along with minimal words, to tell three different stories. Like a fairy tale for adults, the characters are twisted and all struggle to survive in a strange and challenging world.

Please help this great book succeed by spreading the word and ordering your copy. I just ordered 3 copies to support Jack and hope to see this one hit 1000 before the end of the day.
