EXCITING NEWS- I have decided to raffle off something very near and dear to my heart (figuratively and literally in some odd way...and believe me this was not an easy thing to decide to do). Anyone who orders from tomorrow (9/25) until the final day of the contest (9/30) will have their name placed in a hat. Each order will count, so if you order 3, your name will be put in 3 times etc. And the prize will be....one of my favorite items from my personal collection... A REAL human vertebrae bone!!!

Hello dear readers! I am sorry for the lapse in updates; I just started a new job this week and have been focusing on recruiting more fine people to help Talkers stay in the top 20...and it seems to have worked! I just want to thank you all for your efforts--we just moved from 17th place to 14th place!!
If you haven't ordered yet, please think about it (if the bone isn't something you are interested in and you win the raffle, I will offer a choice of several other items, from jewelry to a Starbuck's gift card. Don't worry, I get it, not everyone goes for the stuff I do and I'll make sure you win something to your taste!). Or, if you have credits or are just feeling generous, please go for it!
Your support really means the world to me. I was so afraid to put my work out there that I almost didn't participate in the contest at all. Now, no matter what happens, and even if I don't make my goal in November, I will not give up!

I don't believe I am insane, but if I am, I am certainly no more so than you, Romero Russo.
The 14th spot has been usurped and I am back to a humbling 15th place. I have maxed out all my contacts via the evils of social media and my post cards are running thin. There is only so much one individual can do, but if we were to form a battalion and strike on the offensive: if each of you, my loyal crew, are able to recruit 3 civilians and they are to pre-order...then U-Turn at Next Synapse may still be a reality. If not, then this could be another piece of an imaginary dream and one that will fade in five days time when we all wake up.
This is something I have worked on for seven years, and it would be an unforgettable life changing moment to hand over copies of this epic story into my parent's hands. Mom in New Mexico and Dad in California. As an only child, they are my greatest fans.
