I tried to pre-order a Super Reader (3 books) yesterday. I live outside North America. When I went to place the order, I got a page saying that there was a "Shipping Fee Mismatch", and I could either change my address to a US one, or "Add shipping fee". I clicked on "Add shipping fee". It then took me to a page that said "Review your pre-order" and it told me I had purchased 0 copies of the book (and my $10 credit had disappeared). I got an email telling me that my credit card would be refunded $50 ($60-10 credit), for my order of 3 books and 3(?) e-books.
What went wrong? And can I get my unused credit back?
