This feels forced. An 'As You Know, Bob' moment. They've been doing this for years. It feels like an attempt to put in a little information about their process that you thought necessary for us to know.

I thought the woman later on describes it as a very dangerous place? If people are being freaked out, attacked, hurt, MOLESTED... why in the world would they want people to keep coming? If it's as an attraction, that's kind of messed up!

A good line from her, making it feel more like she has a personality, but I admit that the point did not get across to me.
