This is a blisteringly fast read. The plot sucks you in from the moment you're punched in the gut by the first twist...initially you think you're watching some David sick pervert studying his latest dying victim on his smart phone...but then he's interrupted by someone...now it looks like he's some kind of police officer with political aspirations being fed info by a mafia boss...my head's spinning as I try and keep up with the dizzying plotting...it has the feel of a genre mashing mix of DEXTER and THE SOPRANOS but I'm not quite sure what's happening here...but that's a good thing because I just want to read more of the authors elegant fast moving prose...bring it on. Can't wait for the next instalment!
