Richard Saunders sent an update for Journey, A Short Story -  Volume 1

Greetings Earthings!

Here is your Journey weekly update.

I have a new web page where you can follow my National Talk-Radio Show Tour. Click Here and bookmark it if you like that idea.

It looks like some of you have actually finished reading the book and have Finally started to post some awesome reviews! Yay! And Thank You! And Thank You again!

For those who are dying to help out and are ready to post your own reviews, here are the links!

For Amazon, click Here.

For Goodreads , click Here.

The more reviews we can get the better we will be able to market the book. So here's a suggestion one of my supporters came up with last week.

Give your copy of Journey to a friend (or your sister) - tell them how awesome it is (if that is what you believe) - especially the "method-writing" aspect and "The Great Impostor" aspect that the radio stations are excited enough about to want me on their shows!

Tell them about the National Radio Talk-Show Tour and how this book is expected to eventually EXPLODE in the media. (It is simmering right now and will come to a full boil during this presidential election year)

Tell them they can be in on it (with the cool crowd) before everyone else discovers it and the amazing real-life story Behind its creation!

Then ask them to consider posting a review on Amazon and Goodreads. Of course this pre-supposes that YOU have already done this!

Then they can pass the book along to another friend (or your mother) and so on.

So let's get moving on that  ~ or just ignore it all and have a GREAT weekend either way!

Thanks much!

Rich Saunders

    Hello Everyone,

I don't put my personal recommendation on a lot of books. I'm not a miser, but I'm not exactly the most generous person with my seal of approval. A lot of that has to do with passion. I want to tell you about stories that are worthy of your time. The other part has to do with faith. I only want to tell you about authors who I believe can get the job done. When I say I stand behind the words of Amanda Ornek and her book, Deus Hex Machina, you better believe it!

If you like science fiction, cyberpunk, or rad stories (yes I said rad grammar checker and I mean it,) then you need to check out this book. There is so much about it that is nails the aesthetic. Let me throw a couple words your way. The main characters name is Isidore RAM, sister of the Chuch of Technology. Can you get behind that? What if I said she was investigating technology in a dystopian Orange County? Not far from reality right? I've talked with Amanda about this book, and there are things in there that you are not going to want to miss. I believe this book has legs, so get in on the ground floor and be one of the ones that helped make it happen. You won't be disappointed.

Pre-order Deus Hex Machina before it's too late.

Richard Saunders liked an update for The Animal in Man

Thank you. No matter what happens in the hours that follow, this campaign has transformed my life.

The Animal in Man has just under 400 pre-orders, but well over 400 followers. If you’ve seen my raffle videos, you know my troubles with simple math, but my logic is pretty solid on this one: there are still so many who follow, who read this right now, who still haven’t committed to a pre-order.

It is to you I address this update.

On day one of every new school year, one of the first ideas the young men and women in my high school English class would hear me say as we read aloud the syllabus was “words are magic.” They are. They can build something out of nothing. Writing is Magic. Words are its power, and sentences its spells.

Right now I wish I knew exactly what to type in this little box. I’m pressuring myself to find the perfect utterance, to strike the right style, to speak with the precise tone. I want to build in you that need to read “The Animal in Man” out of nothing but words. That’s the truth. These are the words of my heart laid bare. I don’t know what else to give you besides these two promises: I will finish The Animal in Man, and The Animal in Man will be an incredible book.

I, Joe Asphahani, don’t know what else to say. But my story does. I believe in its power to captivate you, all you have to do is believe it too. Please pre-order “The Animal in Man.”

By the end of the school year, the power of my writing, the force of my personality, the warmth in my heart and the smile on my face all made believers out of the skeptics. Give my book a chance.
