Welcome to the weekend!  Just in case you’re looking for some funny, romantic  fantasy, I’ve just posted up the second chapter of Overture for your viewing pleasure.  Here we meet Mills, the fabulous and filter-free best friend of our heroine, Elma.

In case you’re feeling like we just had this conversation, let me reassure you--we have.  As I was quite early in the pre-order process with Overture, I decided to restart the clock in order to compete in Inkshares’ Geek & Sundry Fantasy Contest.  The shop is now officially open (again) for orders!  I’d love for you to check out the project, and I welcome any and all comments you may have. 

A few notes to get things cooking.  I’ve reduced the chapters down to just the Prologue again for the launch, and will reconvene the posting of additional chapters on a frequent basis.  The novel consists of three movements--I’ll share the first movement bit by bit, but once we hit the 100-order mark, I’ll send the full manuscript of 275 pages to everyone who pre-orders, so that you can continue to read and opine while the contest continues.  

 One small favor to ask--if you recommended or pre-ordered Overture the last time around, might I ask if you could please do so again?  I truly do appreciate your support.  To start things off, here’s a quick intro to our first character on the map--Roan.
