Johnny sat at the wine & dine restaurant called La Chateau, one of those fake french restaurants that’s trying desperately to be a cheap imitation of something it clearly was not.
Waiting. His eyes roved about the place before finally coming to a rest on the far waitress. She moved about with a tempered grace, a smile that came and went when meeting another persons gaze.
She was beautiful.
