DL Jones commented on The Top Three Percent
I have actually been working on this book for a while. Its been on my mind for a few years but I just started putting thoughts to paper back in Feb.

It took a while for me to decide on what kind of book I wanted it to be, but I decided to focus on the teams, a guide to workplace teams...maybe a study of workplace teams. How they were implemented and how things worked. "The Company" from the book is a company that I worked for. It was a startup, everyone was on the ground floor. That alone was interesting.

There were also a lot of great stories, some very funny! Those stories and that humor will be included in the book.

I have the basic (actually rather detailed) outline finished and I'm about 6 chapters in (there's 13 chapters total according to my current outline...things can change)

I'm currently having someone take a look at my first chapter, to do a little proofreading and editing and I plan to post that here as a sample.
