Dietrich Wienecke Hamburg liked an update for The Book of the Cave
Dear Friends and Readers: I wanted to let you know that my novel The Book of the Cave has reached its funding deadline and I’ve not made the benchmark of 750 copies. This is probably no surprise as this was a very hard number to reach! But I am honored that over 60 pre-orders were made. I’ve learned a lot in the process and I thank many of you for great feedback and for spreading the word. I love your support and I’m super grateful.

You should have your preorder payment refunded asap.

I won’t be giving up this project. I’ll try once again sending it out to agents and publishers after a revision considering the many thoughtful ideas and enthusiasms you’ve sent my way. This book will see the light of day one of these days! My favorite comment on Facebook from a fellow calling himself "Printsovdahkness" was "Crazy blasphemous." High praise I think!

Thank you so much and cross your fingers.
