    Hi everybody,

We are closing the 3rd week of the preorders campaign, thought i’ll let you know where we stand.

Statistics: we’ve hit 115 orders, which is 46% of publishing (250 orders) or 15% for a full contract (750 orders).

Updates: A special thanks to Micha Knopf for proof reading chapter 10. Though the chapters uploaded are raw and pre-edit, i have uploaded it again, bettered. would be cool if you check it out.

Arts and Crafts: Here’s the book’s new temporary cover (some of you have noticed the change). Trying to include it here in low definition, pardon me if you don’t see anything.

Teasers: as I promised last week, there’s already a live PDF containing uploaded chapters, if you care to read them on kindle or Ipad, please do! this has also been shares by THE KINDLE ENGLISH MYSTERY BOOK CLUB on Their Facebook, thanks to David Gooch.

As promised there will be another two chapters available before the campaign is over - trying to decide on the first one, to be shared soon...

I had great feedback from lots of people, to whom I am grateful. PLEASE KEEP SHARING the book and let’s get this done! imagine the strong living-room conversation you can make by starting a sentence "my friend is the published author of..."

THANKS to EVERYONE (especially those who ordered and those who ordered in the future). Yours, Jonathan

I do not blame you at all if you’ve started deleting my updates whenever you get them but it is my extreme privilege to announce that as of this afternoon, we’ve met the Quill goal. I hope the sales keep up for the rest of the funding period but either way this book, my baby, is getting published, and I cannot than you kind, wonderful people enough for that. Thank you so, so much.

          Greetings Jackolytes,

We continue to clump towards the magic 250 number and the sound of inevitability. To aid in this progress, I have transferred a few of the original documents into an easier-to-read PDF format. This way you can enjoy Jack on your e-reader (they work on mine at least). If you are interested in getting a copy of the first two chapters, then email me at blooryan@hotmail.com Simply put ‘I want your PDF’ in the subject line and I will send it straight to you.

And here’s the kicker, if you get other people to pre-order a copy of Sync City or pre-order again yourself, I will send you a PDF of the as-yet-unreleased chapter 3. Just email me saying you have done this and I will shoot you out a copy.

          Pre-order at: https://www.inkshares.com/books/sync-city?referral_code=9f560b73

          Make Jack ride!

          Cheers,

          Peter

With prose that is intense, funny, and imaginative, Peter Ryan has obvious talent, and with "Sync City" we are only seeing the tip of the iceberg, I'm sure. This man needs funded and supported, STAT. (And I can say that, as I work in emergency medicine...which also means you should take it seriously. So why are you still reading my review? Didn't you hear me? Go pre-order "Sync City," NOW!)

I know it’s probably not fair to compare an author’s work with another literary or cinematic work, but a few pages into Peter Ryan’s sci-fi powerhouse Sync City, I’m thinking, “Wow, this reminds me so much of Blade Runner” – especially the hardboiled detective underpinnings with the characters and snappy dialogue. The fact that I love Blade Runner should give you a pretty good idea how much I enjoyed Sync City. Ryan has penned an exciting, gripping novel about the future and time travel. I really like his premise behind the novel in that the Earth’s timelines are all askew which allows marauding groups from the past and the future are traveling through time, and in the words of the author, “f**king things up.” It is a brilliant idea which Ryan masterfully develops throughout the story. Ryan’s got a winner here. Do yourself a favor and take a trip to Sync City. You won’t regret it. Jeffrey Miller,The Panama Affair
