Kendra Namednil liked an update for The Slave Prince
You can SOON read The Slave Prince!

If you’ve pre-ordered a paperback copy of The Slave Prince, it is now on its way to you. If you’ve pre-ordered an ebook, Inkshares will send it to you 2 weeks before May 29th. Yes, you can soon read The Slave Prince!

*Here’s the book on Inkshare’s desk!*

To everyone who supported the book back in 2016, thank you again for making this a reality. You are a huge contributor to this project and the book wouldn’t be here today without you. Thank you so very much--you made this dream a reality!

With that said, allow me to be a little brazen today. If you’re excited to read the book, could you share your excitement on your social media platforms? Take a snapshot when your copy arrives and post it on Instagram! TWEET THIS on your twitter account! SHARE THIS on your Facebook! Don’t forget to tag @jeynagrace and #TheSlavePrince too. Your influence on social media will give the book the boost it needs to compete with the big boys--there’s only so much a small fry can do. And thank you, in advance, for utilising your influence. Really, thank you!

Honestly, no words can express how grateful I am to have you a part of this journey. We did it... together! It might not feel like you did much, but you kick-started the production of this book! So I truly, truly hope you enjoy The Slave Prince.

Kendra Namednil liked an update for Pieces of Us
    Hello,

Thank you all for your support. I have 51 days left until my campaign for Pieces of Us comes to an end. If you are interested in my story, check out and/or pre-order at
. Because I am so appreciative of this site (and for celebration of my birthday yesterday), I am going to give shout outs to three authors and their work who reached out to me when I first started this site. Check out their awesome works!

    Cari Dubiel:
2017: A woman tries to find out what happened to her during the year she lost her memory. 2016: A man tries to find out who killed his mother. They fell in love once, but she doesn’t remember it. (In production!)

    Becca Spence Dobias:
An LA transplant struggles over whether to return to rural Appalachia after her father’s death and an abusive relationship. A feisty rule breaker and her abuelita, and maybe a little bit of magic, help her understand the meaning of home. (In production!)

    Kendra Namednil:
Surviving abuse leaves no soul unscathed, and this is especially true of Ptielieren, an elite elvish bodyguard involuntarily integrated into an aversive-heavy culture.  Strength can exist absent a ringing victory and weakness does not signify defeat. (Available!)

Thanks again everyone and have a great weekend!

Trapped between a warlord and a plague, a group of survivors venture into a dangerous region of underwater caves and haunted ruins to find something to turn the tide. What they meet in the deep is enough to make them question why they came at all.
Kendra Namednil liked an update for How to Remember

Hello, everyone! Those of you in Northeast Ohio... join me in grumbling about the weather. Still no word on my release date - Inkshares is busy with lots of books. But I have some updates!

I’m working steadily on my new manuscript, THE ENIGMA VARIATIONS, and I’m using it for my project for Camp NaNoWriMo. Look for a MindTech novella this summer, too, as I add to the collection for LOST MEMORIES.

The wonderful Jacqui Castle interviewed me for her blog. Check out her book, THE SECLUSION. It’s coming out in September, and I can’t wait to read it!

I’ll be speaking at the Oberlin Public Library on Wednesday, May 2, about using Scrivener in your writing. If you can’t make it, but want some tips, let me know! I love it, and I’m happy to share.

Finally, I’m blogging more frequently over at Walking Identity Crisis. Are you an expert on a topic that might fit over there? Or are you a writer, and would you like me to interview you? Since I’m a librarian, my readers love to see book reviews. Let me know!

Look for more next month... when I hope it will be warmer!!

Kendra Namednil liked an update for 31 Days of Narratemes

Oh Neighbors, today is a day to feel real good about just your being you.

Right HERE we have the narrateme Recognition and over HERE we have its partner Exposure where we do some proper self-congratulating with regards to all that has been accomplished and all that was risked.

There’s also a related journaling prompt HERE in the Facebook group, and the very latest updated Golden Goose Eggs article HERE which sets the stage for what I want to build next in the vein of Fairy Tale Living resources.

For now, I’d like to share THIS LINK to the completely edited and formatted guided journal The Four Gifts You Carry, or 31 Days Of Narratemes, a guided journal for questing the crap out of your daily life. Because today being the last day of the Inkshares campaign that didn’t reach it’s funding doesn’t mean all this work is going to up and disappear.

Nope. THE FOUR GIFTS YOU CARRY is available for just $10 (or more, if you think it fair) and includes all the lessons and all the worksheets plus an additional 25 journaling prompts and special fairy tale boon intros for each section: The Seven-League Boots, The Golden Key, The Wise Doll, and The Threadless Needle.

Which this the very last of the Reader Updates for this project. But if you’d like to follow along with my very next quest, you can do so by following SALLY FORTH on Inkshares. Otherwise, for the next Goose Eggs project, be sure to subscribe The Golden Goose Eggs site HERE and join the facebook group HERE to be in the know when the next egg is laid.

        Happy Questing,
        Rose

Kendra Namednil liked an update for Shadow King

          4/17/18

          Hello, everyone.

I’d wish you all a happy spring, but so far, spring seems reluctant to truly show up around here. Hopefully that will change soon!

In the meantime,  I wanted to share a quick update on Shadow King...

There are now only two books ahead of Shadow King in the queue (at my last update, I think that number was seven), so things are moving along.

I’m HOPING this means a summer kick off for my project, which will get Shadow King into the hands of the Inkshares editor for the line-edit portion of development. Once we have an official kick-off, I should be able to get a better approximation of when my release date will be--and I’ll be sure to let you all know as soon as I know!

I’m very excited that we’re a few steps closer to official production! Thank you again for sticking with me through this excellent adventure. Looking forward to updating you with more news soon.

          Best,
          Susan

Kendra Namednil liked an update for The Traveler’s Cup

            Space Crew, brace for landing.

You may have already received an updated directly from Inkshares today. I just got confirmation that, yes, your books are being shipped now.

Those waiting on e-books should get them May 1.

            Regarding a launch:

After a lot of consideration, I just don’t think I’m the kind of writer who gets a bunch of pals together in the physical realm. At least not at the moment. I don’t want this to be about me, so much as the book itself. But at the same time, some have expressed interest in some kind of event, so I think we’re going to do an online launch.

I don’t have the exact date or method yet, but it will likely take place on some social platform. So please, if this interests you, follow my Facebook and Twitter accounts for updates and invites. You can also use them to show off those physical copies if you become so enthused.

Oh, and by the way, WE DID IT. This wouldn’t have been possible without you. Backers, your prizes will come separately, shortly after the launch. Great job everyone!

Kendra Namednil liked an update for Trigor

HALFWAY THERE! Thanks to all of you, we’re halfway to publishing Trigor, the followup to Pilot X. Man this has been nerve-wracking. But thanks to your support I’m still a believer that enough people liked the first book to want to find out a little more about the adventures of Pilot X and Verity!

So if you feel it’s right, spread the word! The faster we get to 750 orders the faster we can get to work editing, designing the cover, getting the audiobook into production, etc.

As a thanks to y’all here’s a little snippet of the part I’m working on editing today. I promise it’s out of context enough that it won’t spoil anything. Unless you’re very concerned about the fate of pineapple.

EXCERPT: Kayla glared at her then took another bite. “So, you do have a pineapple. You didn’t lie about that.” “He’s not lying about anything,” said Glonda. “I figure he brought you here to show that we trust him and you can too. To be honest we just met him so what do we know? But he’s meant everything he said, and he hasn’t lied.”

               THANK YOU

               On to 750!

Hey Neighbors! Thank you for joining me for my first full Inkshares campaign which will be ending in just four days.

But today, goodies; farewells and future plans in four days.

Today you’ve got your Solution narrateme HERE helping to bring an earlier lesson full-circle, a related journaling prompt HERE in the Facebook group, and below are three intentionally familiar journaling pages to go with the Solution narrateme.

                Happy Questing,
