Bruges!! One of my fav spots when we visited Europe eons ago. We dined a small cafe across from big tower in the town center, and enjoyed the absolute best beer I have ever tasted. And to this day, my Dad and I reminisce about that beer- yes, it was that good. Enjoy your visit!
