Hey Lurks. This will be a short update, since I know you have a flood of these things to wade through, and I don't really want to write a long one today anyway, since my Spam Inkshares Followers hat is at the cleaners. 

Two drabbles of news:

1. LURK will be featured on the Bloody Bookish dark fiction blog tomorrow or the day after. I have a short interview on there about me and my writing. Will send out an update when it's live, so expect a link soon.

2. An upcoming horror anthology has reached out asking me to supply them a monster story. It looks like it's going to be one of the bigger horror anthologies of 2015, so I'm definitely going to be giving them my best unpublished work. Expect more news on this soon, as well. 

There are just under two weeks left for LURK to hit its crowdfunding goal, so if you haven't pre-ordered the book yet... what are you waiting for? Go buy it!

    Hey guys, I've got something cool to share.

    The debut of the new (though probably still temporary) cover for Ghosts of War.

     

    I'd really been wanting to do an update for my cover since the placeholder one was just that, a placeholder, and I'm pretty happy with what I've come up with.

    I was able to get Cole on the cover, and maintain the tally mark concept from before. I like to imagine that on the finished book the cover would be matte, with the silhouette in gloss with the title in metallic red. Or something like that.

    I've also replaced the 3D mockups on the project page to give a few different angles of the cover.

    Hope you guys like the new cover, and if you're following but haven't picked up a copy yet I'd really appreciate it if you could, it'd mean a lot.
