I'm not familiar with "The Purge," but if you mean that people can get away with everything illegal at the company on this particular day, that sounds like it has lots of potential. Especially if it's scheduled on a certain day that some people get totally wrong, so there's a faction of post-Purge Day people committing total atrocities at work when everything's supposed to be back to business as usual.

And what kind of company is this, I wonder? There might be some good pranks/jokes to come out of particular businesses... for instance, a software development firm might start hacking into people's social media, getting super inappropriate, and bringing real-world consequences from people who aren't involved in the company...
