Hello all! Very excited to send another update out, we hit 300 pre-orders this weekend. As momentum going into the final 40 day stretch, this is great news. Another chapter went up today, and if you find it appealing, give a thought to ordering if you haven't, and/or share enthusiasm for the project on your socials. I would be very grateful, hitting 750 preorders is a big step that will improve the quality and reach of the project immensely.
As incentive/thanks, I will be sending updates out with "How-To" screenplay writing tips for the next several weeks. Hopefully they will be useful to aspiring writers, or experienced ones alike. Screenwriting is a unique beast, and one I've specialized in over the years, and I'm excited to share my methods and advice. If you're not a writer, maybe the tips may spark interest in other creative outlets for readers.
I have more bonus incentives to come as well. Stay tuned for those, and again, thank you for the orders. Dracula will fight one day soon for all of us.

Holy. Moly. You wonderful, generous readers! Thank you so much for taking the time to read, comment, and purchase How to Get Run Over by a Truck! With your incredible support we have been able to pre-sell 375 copies of this memoir in less than 36 hours!
Although I am over the moon about the number of copies that have sold, what I am even more moved by is the number of you who have reached out to share your own "truck" story. Many of you have told me that the first chapter spoke to you, inspired you and even made you feel less alone. I am so grateful for your generosity of spirit, and for believing in this project, and in me! With your support, I know that we will achieve the goal of 750 pre-sales!
Thank you so much! This has been an incredible 36 hours, and its all because of you!!
Heart,
Katie
So, this update is a day late...but there's a pretty great reason for that.

We did it. We got there. Ghosts of War's funding campaign is finished and it is now a part of the Quill Collection at Inkshares.
I couldn't have gotten Ghosts to this point without the help of those who backed it during it's run, and for that I'll be forever grateful. I really can't thank you all enough.
In closing, I think this sums up my feelings about today...
