Yes. I imagine that there might exist a number of people in Liam’s position, who haven’t gone to a softcover purchase simply because of the added cost of making a new and separate purchase.

AC/DC, Metallica, Iron Maiden, The Rolling Stones, INXS, Pearl Jam, Joe Cocker - anything loud with guitars and drums really. The lyrics don’t seem to bother me when  I write. My writing tends towards hardboiled sci-fi. PS cool idea for a thread.   

I’m working on a non-fiction piece and have been publishing chapters to my blog. I’d like to publish the whole collection as a book.

I’d like to use my blog as marketing, and cut-off after a certain number of entries to encourage readers to buy the book to read the rest.

Once the book is published, I’ll keep a couple sample chapters on my site, but the majority will be removed.

Will Inkshares have an issue with me doing this?

I have been receiving the Yesterday’s Buzz email daily.  It shows ’Copies Sold’ and ’New Followers’ for most of the books I have ordered/followed.  However, lately I’m not getting updates for one of the books I’ve ordered (even though I know there have been books sold).  I haven’t seen any updates for this book for some time (maybe a couple of weeks?), although I’m getting updates for that person. 

I would understand if it was just a random allocation of updates if I was following a lot of different books, but I’m not.  Also, another reader  (who has only bought that book) is having the same issue.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Great News! Thanks to Jeremy my problem has been solved.  I cannot wait to see the book that I have ordered.
